Hi! I’m Hannah.

In therapy I provide a safe, supportive environment without judgment, shame, stigma, pressure, or one-size-fits-all ideas about what makes a person healthy or functional. We’re not here to “fix” you according to what would work for someone else–we’re here to draw your map of your life so you can learn to travel using it. 

Therapy should always be an anti-oppressive space. Therapy with me is justice-oriented, antiracist, neurodiversity-aligned, pro-queer, pro-trans, pro-fat-liberation, nonmonogamy/polyamory-affirming, and anti-ableist.

Everyone deserves a safe space where they can explore, experience, and express without judgment. In therapy with me, you’ll grow your self-awareness, tune into your body and its needs, identify your values, and learn how to more responsively care for yourself.
