Come home to yourself.

Kind, insightful therapy

Hi! I’m Hannah.

You might be:

  • trying to work out what it means to set boundaries and self-advocate while still loving and caring for others

  • sensing anxiety is influencing your thoughts and behavior

  • seeing aftereffects from a painful or traumatic experience

  • newly feeling like the identity you’ve carved out for yourself no longer fits

  • wondering why things that seem “simple” or easy for other people don’t feel that way for you, or wondering whether it’s possible you’re neurodivergent

  • someone who is often called an “overthinker” or a “people-pleaser”

  • feeling unworthy and ashamed, with a loud inner critic

  • struggling with planning, starting, and executing tasks

  • having trouble even tuning into yourself to figure out where the pain is coming from, or what you might need or want

  • partners experiencing painful conflict or stuck patterns in a romantic relationship

If you want to have a kinder, more sustainable relationship with yourself, I can help. I work with adults on anxiety, shame, trauma, identity exploration, executive functioning, couple relationships, and more. In therapy with me, you’ll grow your self-awareness, tune into your body and its needs, identify your values, and learn how to more responsively care for yourself and your loved ones.

In therapy I provide a safe, supportive environment without judgment, shame, stigma, pressure, or one-size-fits-all ideas about what makes a person or relationship healthy or functional. We’re not here to “fix” you according to what would work for someone else–we’re here to draw your map so you can learn to travel using it.

Therapy should always be an anti-oppressive space. Therapy with me is justice-oriented, antiracist, neurodiversity-aligned, pro-queer, pro-trans, pro-fat-liberation, nonmonogamy/polyamory-affirming, and anti-ableist.
